      The main engine adopts a compulsory mixer of double axis with great mixing ability, uniform and rapid mixing and high productivity. It can achieve a good mixing effect no matter the concrete is hard, plastic or of various ratio. The advanced main engine together with efficient weighing system, transmission system and advanced industrial computer control ensures a highly efficient production capacity of the machine.

      All the metrological balances are of electronic weighing scales. All the sensors use the world`s famous Toledo ones with high-precision. The aggregate supply system adopts the method of four metrological Dou measuring at the same time which greatly reduces the cycle of batching and highly increases the measuring accuracy.

     The machine adopts the most reliable industrial computer control and perfect management which is possessed of both automatic and manual working method.      The alloy steel materials of high chromium and high manganese used by the main mixing plates and blades together with the unique shaft bearing and sealing greatly expand the life expectancy of the main engine. Wear-resistant steel sheet are adopted by some parts easily to be impacted and damaged such as the discharge Doo and the middle aggregate warehouse and consolidated inside to expand its life expectancy.

     Thanks to the design of National A-grade design center of steel structure, the steel structure of the main mixing building is stable in structure and strong in anti-earthquake engineering. The packaging uses the sandwich color steel sheet which is not only attractive in appearance but also of heat preservation and good insulation.

     Three to five aggregate warehouses can be selected according to the scenes. And then loading belt machines or upgrading buckets from different perspectives can be selected to make a more reasonable arrangement.
