P2EX series double mobile jaws crusher (fine crushing)

This series of crusher adopt unique driven principle, it has reasonable structure, stable and reliable running, energy efficient, and low noise. Example, the motor power of PEX250*1200 is 37kw, but in P2EX250*1200 is 11kw, only 1/3 of PEX series. The low motor power save the power consumption, it has features of energy saving and high efficiency. The driving part adopts advanced multilayer labyrinth craft, to prevent the dust entering the bearing parts. The productivity of P2EX is 1.3 times of PEX. P2EX series has features of deep crushing cavity, high efficiency in crushing, even producing granularity, easy adjustment of particle size. The crusher can satisfy the need in different industry, especially suitable for fine crushing materials such as cement clinker, mixed material, limestone, gypsum etc. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, building material, road, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry. It is suitable for all sorts of materials whose anti-compressive strength below 150Mpa.

1、工作原理

本机的偏心轴分为两部分，其偏心距相同，偏心方向相反，每部分悬挂一件动鄂头，电机通过三角带经槽轮驱动偏心轴，当偏心轴旋转时，使动鄂按偏心轨迹作往复运动，一边动鄂向固定板运动破碎物料时，另一边动鄂远离固定鄂板排料，交替运作完成整个过程，从而将进入破碎腔内的物料予以破碎。

1. Operating Principle

This machine's eccentric axle is divided into two parts, their eccentric distance are the same, the eccentric direction is opposite, in each part hanging a dynamic jaw head, the motor propels the eccentric axle through triangle belt by groove wheel, when the eccentric axle rotates, it makes the dynamic jaw do circle drip movement constantly according to the eccentric trail, on one side the dynamic jaw move to the fixed board to break the materials while the dynamic jaw departing from the fixed jaw board to discharge materials on the other side, alternative operation completes the whole process.
