PWC series high-efficiency complex hammer crusher
This type of crusher is our patent new product, is a combination of hammer crusher and impact crusher. It is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, chemistry industries and so on. It can crush materials with middle or less than middle hardness whose compressive strength is not more than 150 MPA into primary crushing, secondary crushing or fine crushing. It has features of big crushing ratio, reliable performance, good particle shape, reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, high productivity and low energy consumption. This crusher is particularly suitable for crushing materials with middle or less than middle hardness into primary or secondary granularity primary crushing, secondary crushing or fine crushing in one time, which can replace traditional secondary crushing process. It has features of low investment in civil engineering and device, quick effectiveness; it is an idea choice for customers.
1、工作原理
电动机通过三角带驱动破碎机转子，转子带动锤头做高速圆周运动，当物料进入破碎腔后，受到高速旋转的锤头打击而破碎。而大块物料则堆放在机内特设的中部担条上，经锤头多次打击，破碎成粒度大于要求的物料后落入下部，随新物料沿锤头切线方向打向反击板再次破碎，从而使粗、中、细碎一步到位，符合要求的物料经筛板均整合格后卸出。
1. Operating Principle
The electric motor drives rotor of the crusher through vee belt, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by rotated hammer. Bulk materials are crushed into particles larger than requirement, and then fall into the bottom of the crusher. The crushed material will be thrown to the impact plate with the new material along the tangential direction of the hammer, then realize primary, secondary and fine crushing material in one time. Finally, the materials meet requirement will be discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
2、性能特点
（1）机体采用气体保护焊焊接，经振动时效工艺处理，结构性更强。
（2）传动部件经数控中心加工并调质处理，韧性更高。
（3）锤盘用高韧性材料制做，经堆焊处理，表面更耐磨。
（4）锤头采用高铬合金材料，抗拉强度，耐磨性能更好。
（5）筛板，护板采用合金抗磨抗冲击性材料，耐磨性能更强。
（6）新型的外观设计和强化的内在质量使性能更优越。
（7）进料粒度大、破碎比大、出料均匀。
（8）成品率高，颗粒状产品占85%左右，完全符合使用要求。
（9）产量高、性能稳定。
（10）粗、中碎一步到位，工艺流程简化。
（11）配套功率小、能耗低、维修简便、易损件少。
2. Features
(1) Gas shield welding and vibratory stress relief, make the machine structure stronger.
(2) Rotating part with thermal refined structure by CNC, make the rotating part higher toughness.
(3) The hammer plate is made of high toughness material, through bead weld technical; make the surface much more wear-resistant.
(4) The hammer is made of high chromium alloy, make it has stronger performance in tensile strength and wear-resistant.
(5) Sieve plate and guard plate are made of anti-wear and impact alloy, stronger wear-resisting performance.
(6) New design of the appearance and strengthen inner quality make the performance better.
(7) Larger feeding material size, high crushing ratio, even producing granularity.
(8) High finished product rate, granularity finished products account of 80%, meet the requirement.
