PF series impact crusher 

This product is a new product of our company optimized design and manufactured after absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad. It can crush materials with the size of less than 220-300mm; the highest anti-pressure strength is 320MPa, such as granite, basalt, limestone etc. It has features of high operating efficiency, low operating cost, easy maintenance etc. The crushed material is in cubical shape, which is preferred equipment for highways, railways, water conservancy, airport, building materials etc. It has hard rock crushing, no-board connection, high efficiency blow bar, special impact plate.

1、工作原理

该机是一种利用冲击能来破碎物料的破碎设备。设备在电机的带动下转子作高速旋转，当物料进入板锤作用区时，受到板锤的高速冲击使被破碎物不断被抛向安装在转子上方的反击装置上，然后又从反击衬板上弹回到板锤作用区重新被反击，物料由大到小在破碎区内重复进行破碎。直到物料被破碎至所需粒度，由机器下部排出。

1. Operating Principle

This machine crushes materials with impact force. When the materials get into the area where the bow bar plays, they are crushed due to high speed impact of blow bar and are thrown to the impact plate on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. The materials from large to small get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly. The process is going on until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and then discharged from down part of the machine.
