电导率法总有机碳分析仪 在线TOC测试仪  ​总有机碳（TOC）分析仪采用的双波长红外外氧化技术，精度高、灵敏度高。高性能CPU，触摸屏智能化控制，具有离线分析和在线分析选配功能，配制外置式打印机，人性化的设计理念，更换UV灯和泵管不用拆开机箱，操作简单、方便，实现了分析仪器国产化。符合《中国药典》2010版附录 VIII R制药用水中总有机碳测定法，满足药典对仪器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系统适用性试验，③检测灵敏度（等于或小于0.001mg/L）。

环境要求

仪器应在一个恒温恒湿且适于工作的环境中进行。避免阳光直射和超常温度；温度过高（超过104°F，40℃）会导致运行失常，温度过低（低于50°F，10℃）会导致测量值误差过大。

使用与操作方法

开始检测并计入检测次数，检测完毕后显示后一次检测结果，其中几次检测的结果均自动保存在查询记录当中。检测次数的设置方式为：用“选择”键移动光标，用“设置”键修改数字，按“确定”键进行确认，进入分析界面。先进行四次冲洗过程

工作原理

本仪器采用紫外氧化的原理，将样品中的有机物氧化为二氧化碳，二氧化碳的测试采用的是直接电导率法，通过测试经过氧化反应的样品的总碳含量和未经过氧化反应的样品总无机碳的含量差值来测定总有机碳含量，即：总有机碳（TOC）=总碳（TC）-总无机碳（TIC）。

易耗品更换周期

UV灯和蠕动泵管可以从本公司购买。UV灯为185nm、254nm双波长紫外灯，蠕动泵管为进口泵管，具有高品质和良好的稳定性。易耗品更换周期参考表5.1。

储运

71 包装后的TOC分析仪应储存在相对湿度不大于80%，无腐蚀性气体且通风良好、阴凉、清洁的室内。

Environmental requirements

The instrument shall be operated in a constant temperature and humidity environment suitable for operation. Avoid direct sunlight and abnormal temperature; Too high temperature (over 104 ° F, 40 ° C) will lead to abnormal operation, and too low temperature (below 50 ° F, 10 ° C) will lead to excessive measurement error.

Usage and operation method

Start the detection and count the detection times. After the detection, the last detection result is displayed. The results of several tests are automatically saved in the query record. working principle

The instrument adopts the principle of ultraviolet oxidation to oxidize the organic matter in the sample into carbon dioxide. The direct conductivity method is adopted for the carbon dioxide test. The total organic carbon content is determined by testing the difference between the total carbon content of the sample after oxidation reaction and the total inorganic carbon content of the sample without oxidation reaction, that is, total organic carbon (TOC) = total carbon (TC) - Total inorganic carbon (TIC).

Replacement cycle of consumables

UV lamps and peristaltic pump tubes can be purchased from our company. The UV lamp is a 185nm and 254nm dual wavelength UV lamp, and the peristaltic pump tube is an imported pump tube, with high quality and good stability. Refer to table 5.1 for the replacement cycle of consumables.

71 the packaged TOC analyzer shall be stored in a well ventilated, cool and clean room with relative humidity no more than 80%, no corrosive gas.
